Martha loves
to read cook books, dream up menus, try new recipes, and feed
people.
Here is a sample of breakfast menus...
The day always begins with fresh, squeezed juice,
hot coffee and an assortment of herbal and regular teas or hot
chocolate.
Then there is fresh fruit in season, homemade granola and yogurt
or muesli.
Hot cereal or a breakfast pudding is served when the weather
is cool.
This course is accompanied by scones, muffins or biscuits fresh
from the oven. |

The Breakfast main course could be:
Eggs Benedict
Ham and cheese crepes with scrambled eggs
Puffy omelets with a variety of fillings
Potato, caramelized onions and cheese tart with eggs and Canadian
bacon
Fluffy pancakes or waffles
French toast with special toppings

The Nestle
Inn has a spacious, open quality that is especially evident
in the living room. There
are two focal points in this room: one is the large brick
fireplace and the other is the bay window that over looks
the woodland frontage. This
is a comfortable, attractive place to sit and read or just
relax. Our guests
like meeting here in the afternoon for tea and conversation
by the fire. |
